We are holding open company auditions for our 2017-2018 company on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. The FMBallet is a regional non-profit pre-professional / professional performance company serving the Fargo Moorhead area and surrounding cities. The FMBallet company is open to dancers who: * dance at an advance - professional level * 12 years of age - Adult * trained in a combination of the following: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, and/or Modern. Company class and performances are required. * Classes are held Wednesday & Friday (7:20pm - 9:30pm) * Additional class time and rehearsals will be called during a production. Often times these take place on Sundays after 2pm. 2017 - 2018 Performances include** * Performance in Detroit Lakes (September 21, 2017) * Spooky Ballets: Dracula (October 21, 2017) * Mini Nutcracker (November 2017) * The Classic Nutcracker (December 15 - 17, 2017) * Aladdin (April 20 - 22, 2018) * Midstates Regional Dance Festival (May 2017, Wisconsin) ** Additional performances may occur during the season.
