Ticket FAQS

  • Contacting Us
    Our phone line may be busy or it is not regular business hours for us, if so please leave your name and phone number and we will respond as soon as possible. We do our best to return your calls promptly. You may also email us at info@fmballet.org. Note: We rent from Gasper's School of Dance and share a phone line with the dance school.
  • Seating
    All seats are Reserved. Please arrive no later than 10-15 minutes prior to curtain, out of the courtesy for your fellow patrons and artists. The house opens for seating 45-30 minutes prior to curtain.
  • Special Accomodations
    We have wheelchair accessibility seating at each venue we perform at. If you have any questions or need extra accomodations, please let the Box Office know in advance.
  • Door Sales
    Our Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain. We accept cash and check. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, though due to internet connection, this may not be available.
  • Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
    Exchanges can be made up to five days before the curtain opens. No exchanges or cancellations for special events or special presentations. No refunds will be issued for tickets.
  • Bad Weather
    If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office at 701-234-9440 as soon as possible and no later than the following day, to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.
  • Changes and Cancellations
    Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. No refunds. If the FMBallet has to cancel a performance for any reason, you will be issued a refund in the form you paid for your tickets.
  • Distruptive Patron
    FMBallet and venue house management staff reserves the right to escort any disruptive patron(s) from the theatre at any time during a performance.
  • Photos & Videos
    Flash photography and videoing of productions are strictly prohibited. Please stow away your devices and enjoy our production.
