Ticket FAQS

  • Contacting Us
    Our phone line may be busy or it is not regular business hours for us, if so please leave your name and phone number and we will respond as soon as possible. We do our best to return your calls promptly. You may also email us at info@fmballet.org. Note: We rent from Gasper's School of Dance and share a phone line with the dance school.
  • Door Sales
    Our Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain. If tickets are still available. We accept cash and check. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, though due to internet connection, this may not be available.
  • Seating and Arrival
    All seats are Reserved. Please arrive no later than 10-15 minutes prior to curtain, out of the courtesy for your fellow patrons and artists. The house opens for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. While we allow late seating up to 20 minutes into the production, please be courteous of other patrons and seat between pieces. Ushers may seat you in the nearest open seat if your seat is in the middle of a row to not distrupt other patrons experience. This may be more difficult for our ballets as it is a continuous story, in some cases you may need to sit in an open seat that is more accessible and change to your reserved seat during intermission.
  • Special Accomodations
    We have wheelchair accessibility seating at each venue we perform at. If you have any questions or need extra accomodations, please let the Box Office know in advance.
  • What time does tickets go on sale?
    Tickets go on sale at 10:00am the day the tickets go on sale to the general public.
  • Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
    Tickets exchange and refunds must be requested by the original purchaser. EXCHANGES Exchanges can be made up to five days before the curtain opens. No exchanges or cancellations for special events or special presentations. REFUNDS Refunds on tickets must be taken care of 10 days before the opening night of the performance. For example: The Classic Nutcracker opens on a Friday. Refunds must be requested by 2 Mondays before the show opens.
  • Bad Weather
    If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office at 701-234-9440 as soon as possible and no later than the following day, to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.
  • Changes and Cancellations
    Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. No refunds. We will work with you on exchanging your tickets to another performance. If the FMBallet has to cancel a performance for any reason, you will be issued a refund in the form you paid for your tickets.
  • Distruptive Patron
    FMBallet and venue house management staff reserves the right to escort any disruptive patron(s) from the theatre at any time during a performance.
  • Photos & Videos
    Flash photography and videoing of productions are strictly prohibited. Please stow away your devices and enjoy our production.
