Ticket FAQS

Our phone line may be busy or it is not regular business hours for us, if so please leave your name and phone number and we will respond as soon as possible. We do our best to return your calls promptly. You may also email us at info@fmballet.org.

Note: We rent from Gasper's School of Dance and share a phone line with the dance school.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges can be made up to 48 hours before the curtain opens for the first performance (if tickets are still available).

• Tickets exchange must be requested by the original purchaser.

• Email: info@fmballet.org or call / text & leave a message at 701-203-1090

• No exchanges or cancellations for special events or special presentations.

REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final—FMBallet does not issue refunds.

If FMBallet cancels a performance, we will do our best to reschedule the performance and move your tickets/seats automatically to the new date and time. You will be given the option to exchange to another performance with tickets still available, you can donate your tickets, or request a refund within 48 hours after the announcement of the performance cancellation.

Our Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain. If tickets are still available.

We accept cash and check. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, though due to internet connection, this may not be available.

All seats are Reserved.

Please arrive no later than 10-15 minutes prior to curtain, out of the courtesy for your fellow patrons and artists.

The house opens for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.

While we allow late seating up to 20 minutes into the production, please be courteous of other patrons and seat between pieces. Ushers may seat you in the nearest open seat if your seat is in the middle of a row to not distrupt other patrons experience.

This may be more difficult for our ballets as it is a continuous story, in some cases you may need to sit in an open seat that is more accessible and change to your reserved seat during intermission.

We have wheelchair accessibility seating at each venue we perform at. If you have any questions or need extra accomodations, please let the Box Office know in advance.

Tickets go on sale at 10:00am the day the tickets go on sale to the general public.

If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office at 701-203-1090 as soon as possible and no later than the following day, to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.

If we cancel due to weather, we will email with options to the patrons this will effect.

Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation.

FMBallet and venue house management staff reserves the right to escort any disruptive patron(s) from the theatre at any time during a performance.

Flash photography and videoing of productions are strictly prohibited. Please stow away your devices and enjoy our production.
